Returns Policy

Should you wish to return any item ordered through London smile direct please inform us within 14 days of purchase. Contact us We will happily replace the item for one of equal value or refund the amount minus postage and packaging onto the credit/debit card used for the initial transaction.

 If we have sent you the wrong item we will we’ll also refund the postage and packing charge. This does not affect your statutory rights London Smile Direct reserve the right to send back goods to you if they are not as new or not in their original packaging.

An administration charge of £4.95 per item may also be added to your account to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur. This does not affect your statutory rights
